Coming to White Plains in Spring 2013: CowParade White Plains CowParade is one of the largest and most successful public art events in the world. - Cow parade events have taken place in over 75 cities and 30 countries worldwide. - Over 1/2 billion people have seen one of the famous cows. - Over $30 million has been donated to charitable organization through the auction of the cows. - Over 5,000 artists worldwide have participated in Cow Parade.
