The summer of 2008 saw a change in the function of our Downtown Ambassadors. As White Plains has grown so has the data requirements for the BID administrative staff. The Ambassadors spend the majority of their time compiling all data that will further enable the BID to address all types of business concerns: from retail to consumer issues. Their assistance will aid us for many months to come and keep us very current. On Wednedays, however, our Ambassadors, Tawado, Jonathan and Tichina were seen welcoming visitors to the International Farmers' Market with free iced tea. They also gave out information about White Plains...this one-on-one interaction also gives the BID additional feedback. So once again, many thanks to our "summer team".
